The Trust Fund is managed by a Board of Trustees and operates under the aegis of the Ministry of Arts and Culture.\u00a0 It is administered by a Board<\/strong> known as the Nelson Mandela Centre for African Culture Trust Fund Board<\/strong>.\u00a0 The Board of Trustees<\/strong> takes policy decisions in line with the provisions of the NMCAC Trust Fund Act. Its members are nominated by the Minister of Arts and Culture. The Chairperson is appointed by the Prime Minister.\u00a0 The Director<\/strong> is responsible to the Board for the day-to-day management of NMCAC.\u00a0 <\/span>NMCAC has FOUR<\/strong> main sections namely Research & Documentation Unit, Administration Section, Finance Section and Cultural Section.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
